my aqualisa shower?

My previous question was my friend fell out of the shower and ripped the meatal coil bit from the bottom. The screw is plastic thread and is situated at the very bottom of this unit. I am hopeless at diy help me out please

You can obtain the spare parts to renew the broken bits from Aqualisa or if just the metal hose then from a DIY store. Just unscrew it from the shower head and shower body and when screwing the new on on ensure the washers are in place ot it'll leak.
