vectra clonking?

i was out in my vectra and it kept making a clonking noise and jolting heavily and i noticed the steering was pulling to the right and the swiftly to the left has anyone any idea what the problem may be please

could be warped disc or front roll bar drop links easy job dont take to garage they will always stretch it and charge more it is easy job
