check utube. You have to ensure the fuel flow is not restricted. Check the fuel lines etc. You also need to ensure plug and gas is good/fresh/right oil/gas mixture. If that works stop...if not keep going.
Next after the basic stuff above, The low speed high speed plugs need to be pulled so you can adjust those screws. Plastic covers caps need to be pulled. Look for adjustment setting on line. I have read screw them down CC all the way and then start as 1.5 turns ccw. Screwing the low/high speed plugs out and cleaning in their receptacles with carb cleaner fluid good idea. Also the fuel cap could be clogged. I am still looking for a shop manual on this unit. Utube has some wizards working 2 cycle units but have not found this unit yet. Good luck I am fighting with similar unit and not ready to trash a 2-3 year old unit or bring into shop for 80 repair charge on a 90$ unit.....its fixable we just need to figure it out. Any that knows more please straighten us out. This is nothing to a repair tech.....15-30 minutes it would be humming like new if you know what to do. We are not repair techs :--)
