Bissell steam cleaner will not spray, Is it the Pump?

My Bissell Carpet Steam cleaner wil not spray. I have checked the belt, the filters, may sure the tank was full, everything Bissell Inc. suggested. How do I know if it is the pump for sure, and can I replace it. If so how.

I saw the recommendation of another person and it worked for me. After letting family members borrrowing the machine and leaving it sit for like 6 months, I turned it on and it sprayed for a sec and then stopped. Ok so pull the little red sprayers apart from the tubing. Take a needle and make sure they are not clogged. Then before you put them back on, turn the machine on and let the water flow out of the tubes. If the water doesn't flow out then you know it is the pump. If the water does flow and you notice little white pieces come out with the water, then that was the problem. Now attach the red sprayers to the hoses and it should work fine. I guess the soap turns into little pieces that clog up the sprayers.
