Mercedes vito e/window is stuck open position ?

merceds vito van has electric window problems.
It is stuck open and i would like to close the window so i can lock the vehcile up.
Any suggestions.

more likely cable problems. stripe door panel and undo three screws and the cable is problem jammmed up.
Before doing this it is Very hard to get the cable back to oringal tension.
But this will allow you to close window
