I'm geussing. 406 is a Montana area telephone code so it's not that as Monttana doesn't have a clutch.
406 is also a Gene ID. Its not that for same reason 'No clutch'.
It certainly isn't a caravan
And it sound too small for a motorhome.
So I did a search and guess what I found its a Peugeot.
NO! I very much doubt it as most clutches as far as I am aware can't be adjusted but don't take my word for it place the question in the cars section you might be lucky and find out it CAN be adjusted.
