Hi, i have a 99 50 speedfight LC and my immobiliser has been ripped out by a bunch of ********* gypsies who obviously dont know what an immobiliser on a 99 SF is like.
I have restored the bike since then and left the cdi/immobilser unit till last and i'm pulling out my hair. i know there must be a way to re-wire it without the immobiliser but i cant find one anywhere.
I am a mechanic and am familiar with the wires but can't make sense out of the re-wire.

This Q has been asked many times and the best answer was by trevor wortington but wasn't well explained.(TYPE 50cc speedfight immobiliser THEN IT'S THE BOTTOM ONE)

If you're going to run the scoot without the immobilizer then log onto this website www.electrexworld.co.uk & follow the links for your bike. They do replacement un-chipped cdi's for a fraction of the cost of a new one & they slot straight into the old cdi's junction box connector. Could save yourself a load of grief.
