Bad_pool_caller 0x000000c2?

my sons computer has started BSODing with the Stop error Bad_pool_caller and code 0x000000c2 it then reboots and BSOD again repeatedly even if i try to get in using safe mode, the same screen appears.
does anyone have any suggestions?

Have you tried removing the memory/ram sticks and then reseat them as Bad_Pool_Caller errors are quiet often memory related, If you have two sticks in, remove one and reboot to see if its ok, then replace with the other stick and reboot again, another way is to run memtest from here http://www.portablefreeware.com/download.php?dd=986
download and install to a pendrive and run from there no install to pc is needed.
Memtest will test the memory until you tell it to stop.
1 through to 6 stages then loops back to stage 1..
no errors should be pressent, if any errors replace ram sicks with compatable type.
