Probably the scuttle drain is blocked.
It's in the engine bay, middle of the bulkhead, points down towards the steering rack, looks like a black rubber elephants trunk.
Give it a clean out with a bent-up wire coat hanger.
You might have to lift the plastic cover on top to get it cleaned properly.
