How can i fix a screen on an i9 i68 TOUCH SCREEN MOBILE PHONE?

The screen has cracked and it will no longer respond to any actions. I have had the phone 1 week. Does anyone know how much it will cost and if the screen is replaced will the phone work again or is it dead now?

mine broke after 4 days--didn't even drop it--piece of junk--buy used iphone on ebay-getting cheap now ($105)

Should work, but the screen is by far the most expensive part of a phone, so probably cheaper to get a new one.
