i have a 14 hp vangaurd briggs it has fuel, fire, compression and wont start whats wrong

you have one of two problems-either the magnito has rust on it and the fly wheels magnet has rust on it. or the pin in the crank has sheered off. the engine will still roll over but it won't start because the engine doesn't have enough fly wheel speed to fire up.
