hi i got a mini moto and its seized we fixed it by takin this box apart to see the chain and played with it my mate started it and it kept cuttin off when he sat on it then it just seized again
If it keeps seizing then it's an engine rebuild. I take it, this is a 2 stroke bike so it's going to need 2 stroke oil, have you checked to see if it's getting oil? Would be the reason why it keeps seizing.
