having trouble with loading music and videos on my psp, been told to chnage formats downloading one off of www.downloads.com called wav pad but doesn't seem to help.

If your psp is running on firmware version 2.7 or below the psp can only play Mp3 format. The later firmware versions can play the WAV format. This can be turned on in the system settings menu on your psp under "WAV playback".
