no speed?

hiya i've got a honda dylan ses125 and the year is 53. the problem is that the bike doesnt seem to have any get up and go. (max speed of around 30ish) when its on the stand it starts fine and ticks over fine. i have changed the rollers in the variator but no change. my thoughts are crap in the carb but i need a 2nd op.

is your chane to tight ???????????

Could well be a blocked main jet in the carb, also a dirty air filter. Have you fully de-restricted the bike? Did you notice much wear in the drivebelt when you changed the rollers?
