wired alarm?

i changed the door for a new one put the sensor(magnet) in exactly as before but not working

if its a surface contact make sure the magnet hasnt dropped out while fitting, try putting the chime on that day to test, other wise recheck wiring connections

Sam you may have a contact that has a line down the middle, these lines have to be exact when you fit otherwise you will have a fault. Check that they do line up. There is a distance issue with contacts, normally 15 mm operating gap max,
