If theres no oil leak im guessing you leave the car outside at night in the cold.
The friction material on the centre plate can stick to the flywheel and the pressure plate in the cold weather.
Does it get better when it warms up if it does this confurms my idea,but with out seeing the car or driving it it,s very hard to say for definate.
