onboard computer problem?

i cant seem to change through the menus on my obc. its stuck on the mileage screen. the black button can be pressed but nothings happening, is there a fuse for this option or what ?

It will not be a fuse issue... not if you have a display...

Bad connection in button contacts, failed component in electronics, bad soldered joint - that sort of problem...

You don't mention make / model but no matter...
