I have a bosch classixx 1400 washing machine . The wire from an underwired bra has gone through the drum and clicks loudly when on spin. can I access the drum to remove it, rather than pay £59 repair?

remove the bottom hose that is connected to the bottom of the drum, with luck the broken bit is standing up in this. or if not in the pot try fishing it out towards the hole with a piece of hooked wire, then pull it out,reassemble the hose. for a BIGGER inspection hole remove the heater element and shine a torch inside ,reassemble the heater with care,ensure the element go UNDER THE CLIP, now turn the drum to make sure it will miss the heater element
