Beko dishwasher DE3761 FS?

My dishwaher is not heating the water, I have had the thermostat off and tested by sparky brother and he says its good. and maybe the element, how do i get to it i know it is in the bottom under the floor but can a get in to replace it without dismantleing the whole machine.

hello my dishwasher keeps on pumping (extracting water.its on constantly i think it happened after the first rinse even when the start button is pressed to stop. I have cancelled the cycle poured water inthe bottom it feels like the pump thinks there is water to be extracted even when there is nt the outlet pipe is not blocked. help does anyone know which wire in the back of the door is for the pump or for the pump switch

the base comes off and access is easy.remove the screws from the base and side panels and remove the base.takes 10 mins tops.element around 29ohms
