Probably your main module (in the back of the machine) that has failed. We stock them at £44.90 + vat(£39.90+£5 post). Go to our site at www.emwelec.co.uk and search for wm12x. If you buy a module and find it makes no difference, then you can return it and get a refund, less our handling charge of £9+vat
