pretrel keeps flowing from the over flow pipe i keep draning it out and it keeps doing it when i pull the pull start please help!!!

Did you take the carb apart? If so, did you put the float & needle valve back in properly? Did you tighten all the screws up fully? Basically the float is not shutting the needle valve closed where the fuel comes into the carb so petrol is pi$$ing out of the overflow.
