I have a Bosch Exxcell washer dryer showing code F17. Any ideas? ?

I have Bosch Exxcell washer dryer and dry cycle keeps stopping and code F17 has now appeared. Cannot locate manual and would be grateful for any ideas.

F17 Turn the tap on fully, check that the supply hose is not kinked/jammed; clean filter (see page10 of manual). Also check water pressure is not too low.
