Bluemedia BM-6300 installation files?

i recently purchased a Bluemedia BM-6300, wheni first turned it on it said:
"Installation files not found on SD/MMC card!"
I tried various things to sort it out but no luck, now its stuck on the "bluemedia" startup screen.

how to mend it?
