open the glove box as normal, then squeeze in both sides so that the tabs on both sides of the glove box can be pulled free from the sides of the dash surround. Then you just need to give it a good pull to free it from the two sprung loaded clips which hold it at the bottom

check for a lever around the glove box area this will cause the fuse box to drop down exposing the fuses and relays
