Hi,
We have a 30" 1954 Moffat stove (Model 306 54T) and, as it happens, we just got the manual yesterday. If you weren't able to get one (I had tried several times!), we could scan ours and send it to you. I'm pretty sure the models between 1951 and 1956 are pretty similar.
Do you still have the stove? Did you ever find a supplier of parts?
