My Astra 04 CDTi won't start?

It bump starts but the engine won't start on it's own, when you turn the key there is a clicking noise where the fuses are but all of the fuses look intact, any idea's much appreciated!!

Check the wiring on the starter motor and all the engine earth straps.
Check the battery voltage.
