how to top up clutch fluid on pug 206?

i have a 1.6 pug 206 and the clutch is whistling how do i top up the clutch fluid

Brake and clutch fluid share the same reservoir but I don't think topping up the fluid will cure the whistling. Sounds more like clutch release bearing. If you renew that you might as well get a new clutch fitted while you're at it if the car has done any real mileage.
