I have the same problem blue screen and power failior but?

I have tried to reinstall windows and reformatted my hard drive

I had a similar problem with a laptop it turned out to be one of the memory sticks - if you have more than one installed try removing one and if that doesn't work swap and try again. After that it's a matter of replacing parts to verify what has an effect on the problem. Can you beg/borrow spares like power supply

blue screen is normally a serious hardware fault, power failure is a weak or faulty power pack. If your power pack doesnt have enough
power to supply your pc and all its periferals you will get these symptoms. I would suggest upgrading your power pack.
