How do I fix my Kenmore side by side Refrigerator water dispenser?

dispenser has only drops of water instead of a full flow.It is a23' freestanding side by side refrigerator model 596.50394001

If the water is not frozen, its possible the valve on the water dispenser is bad. Check for voltage across the valve when the dispenser is push. Also could be a bad dispenser switch.
