thanks richard,im taking it back to where i bought it from.have you any idea what else it is, it clears when warm but is realy bad when cold almost imposible to drive, thanks again

Hi really needs looking at properly,ie check theres no sign of any oil getting on the clutch,check the cable or slave cylinder,check the master cylinder,check condition of fluid if it is hydraulic.
Worse way gearbox needs to be removed to inspect and check the clutch itself.
Myself and im sure many specially trained people can tell you the problem with the clutch just by looking at it,ie is it driver abuse,oil on it,wheel spinning.
