I have an american stye whirlpool fridge freezer but the freezer has stopped working. The temp gauge on front panel is flashing. The fan is working and if I turn it off for a few hours it will refreeze but then defrosts after a short while.
Any assistance would be great

have you checked that the condenser has completely defrosted,you may need to remove panel inside to check all ice has gone
