Hi i have a hotpoint aquarius wm62, its bout 4 years old. It has started to lose the program washes? I have only got 1 left! But it has also stopped taking the powder from the main wash compartment and it have to fill up the pre-wash compartment now?

check your cold water valve that seems to be your problem( first try rinse cycle if that works its your hot valve)
