My sister stood on my straighteners and now there seems to be a nut loose or something inside because when i go to straighten my hair, they just flop backwards and forwards. When she broke them, i looked all over the floor there wasn't any plastic or nutbolts anywhere so i presume all of the pieces are still here, i have tried screwing it back in but it's no use, it still doesn't work.
