Is there a speed up adjustment on the SP470?

Hi, it's running a good bit slower than last time I used it 2 weeks ago. Just topped up with fuel (clean - no water in it) but it sounds like it's about to stop. Is there a 'speed up' adjustment on it?
Can't see one anywhere!
