compresser on all time temp wont go up thermostate doesent turn motor of but the freezer copartment is frozen

ck thanks for that i will have to eat like a king for a week but i will try to switch off as you say

switch off and defrost for 24hrs.see if this makes it work again.could be a faulty auto defrost issue.not an easy diy repair to do or explain on here.
