Hello, I would like to know if it is possible to bypass the security system on a 1998 chevrolet silverado with the passlock two system. The dealer , once repaired won't guarantee by replacing the sensor the second time in a year that this will fix it. I can't afford to take it back every time for over 300.00 to have them keep replacing this sensor, which they will not warranty the second time around.

Do not add a remote starter. Just use the modification to disable your passlock. Google "Passlock disablement for remote start capability".
