my door is locked shut and i cannot open it......can anybody help please

any mechanic should be able to open it for you, but you need to get a new lock or one from scrap dealer to fit before doing this, i had the same problem on rear passenger side door and thats the way i fixed it, second hand lock cost me €40 and no trouble with it since.

the lock on the citroen c5 go faulty due to the remote door operation and no key access : from inside the car take off the door panel it will come off as it is ony attached on the door interior : unfortunatley the only way i have found to open the door is to chisel the mechism off from inside the car : smash the lock and after several bits of plastic gears and wiring the door will open with assistance from a helper to operate the outside door handle : no fineese required just a hammer and chisel : refit the new one is easy :
