my belt keeps comin of and washer makes a grinding noise when its empting?

how can i fix the belt on so it stays there!! it keeps coming back of, and when its emptying its makes a grinding noise, then the belt comes of again! its a servis caress 1000 washer, please help! iv got no money to go and get a new one, im on a pension.

sorry but it sounds like your bearings have gone they need replacing this can be very expensive
