Dont send them off to nicky clarke company, i sent mine off, they made me pay package and postage and when they arrived there, they said they couldnt fix the straighteners...!!! and then they made me pay more package and postage to get them back!!! result: STAY CLEAR OF NICKY CLARKE, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY APAULLING!!
