Brake problem with Seat Leon?

At about 50mph when applying the brakes there is a judder, fed back through the pedal.

sounds like your brake discs have warped. probabaly front discs require changing. could be back ones but most likely to be fronts. when it gets worse steering wheel shakes as well.
