i have problem with my brakes on my ford escort van ?

I hve a 1996 ford escort 1.8 55 van the problem i have is the brake pedel goes to the floor does not go solid done normal test servo seems ok i know brake cylinders ok replaced,also shoes and drums could it be the compensator valve ?if so how do i adjust or replace please .

the load sensing valve does go faulty on these vans,have a good look at it where rubber boot fits for brake fluid leak.if so will need replacing and all brakes bleeding. the setting for l.s.v. should be on a sticker stuck to underside of bonnet.

brake (master cylinder) RUBBERS faulty is letting fluid past the rubbers internally hence no pedal PRESSURE
