this is a common problem with this type of motherbaord with this range of laptops, generally it is caused when the power consumption of the laptop exceeds what the charger can give it, in my case the laptop had been upgraded with a processor of 3.06ghz when the laptop was only speced at 2.8. I found that returning the laptop to its original spec and using 120watt charger, ironed out the problem for me. Alternatevely try a slightly older version of the chipset drivers, as i found that new version caused problems with graphics and USB.
