dip & main beam stopped working?

My dip & main beam headlights have stopped working, side lights are O/K as is the flasher ?
all bulbs are ok and fuse's are good (can not find a relay to check)

It could be a relay problem, but it could also be the main light switch, or the electrical connections to it.
