how do you change rear passenger wheel drun, ford escort mk6 r?

am having problems changing the rear passenger wheel drum, have tried taking the one off the car and there is 3 small bolts but all the escots i have seen and changed normally have one big centre bolt.

If you remove the large centre nut, the drum comes away complete with the bearings. If you remove the bolts from the back, the drum comes away complete with the stub axle.
