just a through have you accidentally selected a program that has a RINSE HOLD function this where the machine HOLDS the water you then have to manually advance the programmer to the spin position .

are you doing full loads on quick wash program.you must not do more than 3kg on this cycle for correct spin operation.could also be a faulty control pcb
