My baxi combi 80 eco boiler is not working. the green power light is one but the two lights which are next to the two fire symbols(one with a line threw it) are not illuminated. there is also no pilot light on either. I have no hot water or central heating - does anyone know what is wrong with it?
Check the pressure on the boiler and if necessary top it up. If the boiler doesn't make any noises at all when there is a demand (heating or water), then there is most likely a problem with the pump, sensors, or circuit board.
