Hi There
The above machine has failed to dry clothes but I can still wash.

On a drying cycle the drum will rotate,but no heat !

The model is A 8536

Please help

Hi,

I believe your problem may very well be a knackered heating element.

I'd suggest that you buy a new heating element, fit it or get it fitted then try drying something, leaving the machine at least 20 minutes, then test the door - see if it's warm or hot, if it is warm to touch the problem will be the heating element.
