WHAT DOES CODE H20 MEAN ?

i have an aquaruis hotpoint washing machine and i can not get the programme to start or it working.
it keeps showing a code H20 on the screen.
does any one know what my problem is please?

This means that the machine is not filling up with water, due to the inlet valves being closed, a kink in the water fill pipe, or a fault in the inlet solenoid valve in the washer....thats the one that lets water in automatically when the machine demands it.
