how does the seal work on F&P DishDrawer? or: it flooded with error f1?

Hi,
I got a Fisher&Paykel Dishdrawer. It flooded with error code F1.
We pulled it all out, dried it all and re-run with a rinse cicle.
It turns out that the top dishwasher is leaking.
The water is on the drawer itself, and trickles down.
How can I approach this?

Oh, sorry.
The model number is DD603 (bought in 2004) and it also turns out that the plastic rod that holds the hoses in a particular position is broken, so we got and put in a new one (the metal version).
