I think he means the RCD trip supplying the power to the machine. I have an intermittent problem on my megaload and have found that the door switch does not always actuate when you close the door, try pushing the door firmly closed.

I had a similar problem, same washer machine and i was advised to check the bushes, which i did and they were worn right down, so i easily swapped them for new and it was fine.
You need to tip the washer on it's back where you can gain access to the motor where you will find the bushes on either side with two wires on each, and just two screws holding them in place.
I would remove them and take them to your local repair shop as if they don't have the exact ones they can simply swap the bushes in the cases.
Also i would check the pump isn't blocked, you can do this easily from the front of the washer at the bottom, where you pull off the skirt, and you will see a round plug, just undo the little screw and twist it out, there will probably be something in there if you haven't done this before.
